With the freedom of self-catering combined with the services and facilities of a hotel, Village & Life's Camps Bay Resort is a unique hospitality concept. A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of staying in a guest house or hotel. Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.

Reception
Guests will be greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our staff assist with check in's, concierge information and escort guests to their accommodation.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided daily. Linen and towel change take place every third day. On public holidays, housekeeping can be arranged on request at an extra charge.

Personal laundry
Personal laundry services are offered. Laundry bags and laundry lists are supplied and can be handed in at the service office.
