Centralised Reception and Check-in Facility
Guests are offered a centralised reception where they will be greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.  Our staff assist with check in's and escort guests to their accommodation.

Check out - 11h00
Early arrivals and late departures can be pre-arranged at an additional charge.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided daily. Linen and towel change take place every third day. On public holidays, housekeeping can be arranged on request at an extra charge.

Personal laundry
Personal laundry services are offered. Laundry bags and laundry lists are supplied and can be handed in at the Service Office.

Concierge
Guests have access to the concierge service at the centralised reception or Cape Travel's office at 69 Victoria Road

Popular tours include, shark cage diving, Robben Island, wine tours and Cape Point.
